About the opportunity:

Hybrid Pathways is seeking a  Change Management Analyst. The Change Management Analyst will be responsible for creating change management strategies and plans for organizational rollouts within Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) department as well as the whole company. This is a 6-month remote project with the potential of  transitioning to full-time.

 

 

Responsibilities:

Communications  

  • Prepare executive-level security communications and presentations.  
  • Ghostwrite executive communications for CISO and other C-Suite executives. Create targeted security communications and ad-hoc security communications for internal and external audiences.  
  • Identify additional opportunities across the enterprise for Cybersecurity department to showcase new projects and programs.  
  • Develop innovative, strategic security content aligned to business priorities and objectives.  
  • Develop change management roadmap, including milestones, timelines & deliverables.  
  • Lead change management workshops with a set of several cross-functional SMEs to identify changes & assess change impacts in a structured manner.  
  • Coordinate & schedule internal webinars to ensure they understand the changes and are prepared to respond to queries from partners. This includes putting together content for the webinars.  
  • Develop communication packages and end-user documents such as Procedures, Playbooks, Transition Guides, FAQs, etc.  
  • Develop & execute document review process to ensure accuracy/correctness of content and language.  
  • Coordinate translation of communication documents into various languages.  
  • Prepare and present reports on change management activities and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.  
  • Create and implement organization-wide communication strategies that empower teams to adopt change.  

 

Change Strategy and Planning  

  • Develop an end-to-end change management approach, including stakeholder identification, change identification, change assessment, communication model, partner engagement model, etc.  
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and project teams to develop change management strategies aligned with organizational goals.  
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities associated with proposed changes.  
  • Develop comprehensive change management plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.  
  • Assess the organization's readiness for change and develop strategies to build change capability and resilience.  
  • Facilitate planning/strategy meetings with leadership to ensure they understand the changes and can provide early feedback through the lifecycle.  
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new changes.  
  • Collaborate with project teams to implement change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.  
  • Develop comprehensive change and workforce transition plans and programs, including strategies to support change initiatives and engage leadership.  
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change, and mitigate resulting risks, by understanding the impact of change across diverse stakeholder groups and developing and executing targeted change management strategies.  
  • Lead the identification of improvement opportunities that align with company goals and improve business outcomes.  

 

Metrics Tracking  

  • Execute tracking/reporting on various change initiatives and communication packages.  
  • Monitor and measure change adoption and identify areas for improvement, providing coaching and support to individuals and teams as required.  
  • Track and evaluate the progress and outcomes of change initiatives, collecting feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement.  
  • Track & report dissemination of communication packages to relevant partners via tiered engagement model.  
  • Create and define success metrics as well as conduct periodic assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change.  
  • Create and implement strategies and plans that minimize the amount of people disruption associated with change and lessen the time required to move people from their current state to future state.  
  • Work closely with program managers, sponsors, senior leaders, and business owners to manage the changes required across significant programs and prepare impacted groups for change. Work with program teams to integrate activities into the overall program plan.  
  • Document relevant statistics and metrics related to the people side of change for rollouts and new organizational programs.  
  • Combine all change initiative findings into comprehensive success measures and establish metrics to identify potential risks and mitigations during product and program rollouts.  
  • Identify potential points of resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies.  
  • Conduct lessons learned sessions to ensure the continuous improvement of change methods and processes.  

 

Stakeholder Management  

  • Identify and engage key stakeholders impacted by the change initiatives.  
  • Work with various stakeholders to review and publish security materials.  
  • Identify level of impact and all impacted parties to produce appropriate stakeholder assessments for organizational changes.  
  • Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives to strategically develop and implement change management efforts, including leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, business readiness and communication development.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to lead various business areas through change policies.  
  • Work with program managers and security leadership to assist with creating and editing enterprise security content.  
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels of the organization to foster buy-in and support for the changes.  
  • Provide guidance and support  

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Master’s degree desired) 
  • 3+ years of Change Management experience, mandatory  
  • Professional certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are a plus.  
  • Experience working with ADKAR methodology  
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering large-scale strategic communications/engagement, change management and culture building programs using industry recognized methodologies and models and behavior change strategies. 
  • Proven experience in change management, organizational development, employee communications or a related role. 
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Exceptional team player with problem-solving and analytical abilities. 
  • Proficient in project management and project planning techniques. 
  • Familiarity and experience with technology, cybersecurity and technology platforms/tools used to support change management efforts. 
  • Experience leading training and enablement efforts for technical initiatives, preferably within the cybersecurity space. 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance numerous projects and multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to break down and clearly convey technical concepts. 
  • Ability to drive both strategy and execution. 
  • Outcome focused, cost conscious and detail oriented. 
  • Should be comfortable dealing with VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity & ambiguity). 
  • Ability to think creatively to bring new ideas and concepts to life through storytelling and visualization. 

 

Education:

  • BS in Computer Science or related field of study, or equivalent work experience. 
  • Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, etc.
