We are currently looking for a Client Engagement Director to join our Commercial team in the UK.
The Role Responsabilities
- Develop and implement account management strategies and plans to support the growth of the business
- Manage the pipeline, account plans, and whitespace mapping to drive sales in MRR and Professional Services.
- Manage the pipeline, forecasting, and renewals process to ensure accurate revenue projections and target achievement
- Create and implement account plans for key clients
- Build relationships with key clients to ensure retention and growth
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support the sales process and promote the company's services
- Solicit feedback from clients on what new services they would like the company to deliver
- Work with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience
Essential Experience
- Significant experience working with Legal Application Software, ideally iManage.
- Solid understanding of the legal industry and priorities for our clients
- Consultative approach to account management, able to identify and communicate the win-win in business negotiations.
- Strong commercial acumen including knowledge of pricing strategies, contracts and selling to clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects
- Understanding of procurement processes and procedures
- Experience of working with CRM systems
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
What we can offer you
- Annual salary: Upto £80,000 PA + Excellent commission structure.
- Hybrid working - Remote with client site visits.
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
