Description
- To Provide End User Support.
- Provide first-line support on the software applications used by the company and its stakeholders at different sites.
- Desktop support for infrastructure and software.
- Ensure network connectivity throughout the infrastructure.
- Determine network and system requirements.
- Perform troubleshooting and maintain maintenance records.
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on new software.
- Troubleshooting firewalls, printers, wireless networks.
- Identify Continual Service Improvement Initiatives
Requirements
Qualifications required
- Relevant IT qualifications (A+, MCITP, N+, CCNA, ...)
- ITIL v3 / v4 Foundation
- Degree or Diploma in IT (1-5 years) advantageous
Skills and experience required.
- Microsoft Windows (10, 11, Server 2019, …).
- Microsoft Active Directory.
- Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, SharePoint).
- Basic network troubleshooting tools (ping, ipconfig, tracert, …).
- Remote Support Tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, …).
- Cloud Hosting Platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud,).
- User Account Management (e.g., creating, updating, and decommissioning AD/M365 accounts).
- Managing Helpdesk tickets on Service Management Tool (e.g., Spiceworks, N-Able, Marval).
- Problem solving skills.
- Multitasking skills.
