  • To Provide End User Support.
  • Provide first-line support on the software applications used by the company and its stakeholders at different sites.
  • Desktop support for infrastructure and software.
  • Ensure network connectivity throughout the infrastructure.
  • Determine network and system requirements.
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintain maintenance records.
  • Provide orientation and guidance to users on new software.
  • Troubleshooting firewalls, printers, wireless networks.

Requirements

Qualifications required

  • Relevant IT qualifications (A+, MCITP, N+, CCNA, ...)
  • ITIL v3 / v4 Foundation
  • Degree or Diploma in IT (1-5 years) advantageous

Skills and experience required.

  • Microsoft Windows (10, 11, Server 2019, …).
  • Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Basic network troubleshooting tools (ping, ipconfig, tracert, …).
  • Remote Support Tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, …).
  • Cloud Hosting Platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud,).
  • User Account Management (e.g., creating, updating, and decommissioning AD/M365 accounts).
  • Managing Helpdesk tickets on Service Management Tool (e.g., Spiceworks, N-Able, Marval).
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Multitasking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize
