We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated and experienced IT System Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, Implement & optimize End User Experience and IT System Engineer.
• Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and technologies, including OKTA, Azure AD, and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions to enhance collaboration, communication, and productivity across the organization.
• Architecture & Design of Intune, VDI, M365 Virtual Desktop, Autopilot.
• Hands on experience on automated application deployment & Patch rollout via systems Management tools like Config Manager, Intune etc.
• Responsible for the packaging of applications including all related preparation tasks for enterprise software deployment and for enterprise deployment.
• Administer, support, and resolve AD, Azure AD, GPO, DNS, IAM incidents related to End User Computing
• Supporting and enhancing our Hybrid-Cloud device management platform.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and patch management while minimizing disruptions to business operations.
• Documenting solutions and creating knowledge base article on project delivery & transfer to operation
• Ability to work in dynamic environment, prioritizing and multi-tasking effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator, with a focus on M365, Intune, Endpoint Security, IAM, and Active Directory.
• Working knowledge with scripting, preferably with PowerShell.
• Experience managing enterprise-class infrastructure in a multi/hybrid cloud environment that includes Microsoft, AWS, and on-prem, and cloud.
• Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365 productivity suite, particularly Exchange Online (Hybrid), OneDrive/SharePoint, Teams, and Security & Compliance features.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Windows Server, and related components.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional understanding of, modern cloud infrastructure, ITIL Practices.
• Contribute to the cloud-based disaster recovery; build policy and be prepared to act in the event of outages.
• Must possess influencing ability and can win the confidence of individuals at all levels, both inside and outside the organization.
• Must be adaptable to change and quickly learn new software and adapt to new technologies.
