Job Purpose and Role

WRS Health, an Electronic Health Record (EHR) Company, is looking for an experienced Multimedia Designer to drive our visual storytelling and create engaging content across our Marketing/Sales efforts.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Ideation and design of content for multi channel marketing campaigns  
• Manage all technical aspects of video production and design, including planning, editing, and subsequent work processes for ongoing learning projects and marketing content.
• Work collaboratively with other Marketing team members to develop animations, motion and still graphics from concept to implementation including text, layouts, sketches, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, design specifications, mock-ups, and iterative drafts
• Manage and maintain the use of video editing software, video management platforms, graphic design, and related applications
• Work with Marketing to ensure that all content is up-to-date and in the most user-friendly format and to maximize and enhance website usage
• Collaborate with team members, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates, make revisions, and refine existing content
• Review/understand analytics and metrics to assist management in measuring the impact of content on learner knowledge, skills, attitudes, and practices

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience with graphic design, particularly with digital media (video and images)
• Must have experience executing motion graphic design (e.g., using Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator) within video projects.
• Experience with other video tools (e.g. Veed, Vimeo etc)
• Experience creating and designing online advertising, social media content, sales materials and more
• Experience with web design: WordPress, Landing Pages, HTML and CSS 
• Familiarity with tools for interactive content (Example: Typeform, Outgrow, Articulate) 
• Some experience in project management of creative projects, collaboration skills, and organizational abilities needed to generate timelines for projects, work with diverse team members to meet deliverables, and periodically track progress
• Excellent communication skills and diplomacy with all levels of staff and leadership
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects within varying deadlines
• Proven capacity for collaborative teamwork and ability to build strong relationships

This is a remote position based in the United States.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $58,500 - 75,000

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
