Job Title: Business Analyst Leader

Responsibilities: Ideation
- Guide and provide input on enhancement feasibility by working with business organizations
- Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements based on business process knowledge
- Evaluate and provide input on business needs and requirements
- Prepare estimates for customer requests
- Create preliminary mockups and designs
Responsibilities: Project
- Analyze and compile functional and non-functional requirements
- Offer technical expertise and support in designing, testing, and developing applications
- Conduct feasibility analysis and provide recommendations, project strategy, deliverable prioritization, and system alternatives or enhancements
- Prepare final functional requirement and functional design documents
- Conduct walkthroughs of deliverables with business and IT stakeholders, obtaining approval/signoff
- Provide Subject Matter Expert support to developers and testers
- Document and analyze project change controls in collaboration with the business
- Support the stabilization of deployed code
Responsibilities: Maintenance
- Troubleshoot potential system issues to determine if defects exist
- Analyze production defects, assess business and system impacts, and quantify problems
- Contribute to defect troubleshooting and solution design
- Assist business and technical teams with ad hoc requests
- Provide functional expertise to clients for resolving business issues
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related experience
- 5 years of experience in analyzing, designing and developing functional requirements, functional design, UX/UI design
- 3 years of experience with Oracle CC&B applications, and data modeling
Qualifications (Desired)
- Working knowledge of relational databases (SQL experience)
- Working knowledge of UML
- Be able to work independently but within the framework of the team and product
- Be able to work well within a team setting
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to maintain efficiency, consistency and achieve successful implementation of system enhancement
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite of applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM application and data model
- Experience dealing with Call Center and/or Back Office centric business
- Understanding of database/schema architecture
$80 - $90 an hour
