Hybrid/Remote role

The Product Designer will work closely with the product team, including engineers and product management, and the service delivery team to explore, design, prototype, test, and iterate on solutions.

They will be responsible for creating designs that connect user needs with data and business strategies that are equally thoughtful and delightful. As the voice guiding the design of our solutions, their work will have a meaningful impact on our team and the caregivers they support.

Ideal candidate traits

🖌  5 - 12 years of experience out of college in a product or UI design role

❤️  Passionate about helping family caregivers and their loved ones, including older adults

💨  Experience working in an agile product environment

🖼  Portfolio demonstrating the ability to solve complex problems through case studies

⚖️  Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and data insights

👨🏻‍💻  Experience working with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, etc.)

🏥  Experience working at a healthcare, healthcare technology, or digital health company

⚙️  Experience leading the design of or designing complex technology-based solutions
