Focusing in the Transportation, Utilities, Oil, Gas, Water and other Large Construction Projects, their Project Controls Professionals have worked on some of the largest Capital Construction Projects throughout the US.
Project Controls Specialist (PCS) is an integral part of the project controls team. In this client facing role, the PCS will have strong scheduling experience in P6 and ideally Tilos linear scheduling experience, planning, change documentation, cost management, forecasting and more.

Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling, involving critical path method scheduling techniques, estimating, project cost management, forecasting and document control for multiple projects.
- Cost management and forecast reporting.
- Risk management by identifying and mitigating risk potentials to the project.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field. Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- 8+ years Project controls scheduling experience with High Speed Rail construction projects.
- Experience using Oracle Primavera P6.
- Tilos experience preferred.
