If you are an experienced, energetic, hardworking admin or consultant and are looking to work with a growing highly motivated team driven consulting company then you will want to take this opportunity to join our growing Solution Consultant Team.  Our Team specializes in transformative projects at larger enterprise and growing mid-market clients with core vertical focus in Manufacturing and Transportation & Logistics throughout North America.   This is a great opportunity to provide thought leadership and your expertise to a variety of business challenges across all Salesforce Clouds.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Ability to understand clients’ business process and translate into concise requirements
• Deep understanding of the various components of Salesforce objects and how to best align them to customer requirements
• Providing best practice knowledge on business processes and configuration expertise
• Exceptional documentation of application and how fits to clients’ goals and requirements
• Outstanding analytical skills to assist in research and problem solving
• Review, develop and execute plans to address user requirements, increase adoption and engagement with Salesforce application
• Ownership of the project deadlines and management of meeting the specified timelines
• Conducting training presentations and developing training materials on Salesforce
• Nimble, creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and customer mindset

Wave6 projects may require moderate travel from time to time with a healthy balance of remote and onsite client interaction.

Attributes of a successful candidate:

• 3+ years of experience leading implementations of enterprise class systems
• 5+ years of experience working as an admin with the Salesforce product in a larger complex organization OR 3+ years of experience at other Salesforce consulting firms
• Salesforce Admin Certification with Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant certification preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects to a budget and scope
• Ability to link business processes with product/technical solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in facilitation
• Lean thinking, nimble to drive change that enables efficiencies and drives growth
• Proven ability to work well with teams and in leading workstreams
