User Support Specialist II (Cache)

This position provides overall support for the server network environment, including operating systems, architecture and storage. This position installs, troubleshoots, maintains, and coordinates the use and proper operation of servers, storage environments, and network operating systems. Administers, manages and evaluates all aspects of the server/system architecture to ensure optimal network reliability, security, data integrity inter-operability with third party systems and applications.
